A new home community in Roxborough features thirty two semi-customizable homes, built using Insulated Concrete Forms. The homes will exceed the Energy Star Standards. Each unit features private driveway, one-car garage, front garden and a family oriented backyard. Upscale amenities include 9′ ceilings, hardwood floors on the 1st floor, wide moldings, brushed nickel hardware, stainless appliances, granite counters and maple soft-close cabinets.
The first floor of the 2400 square foot floor plan includes a flexible space for living room, dining room and kitchen/great room. The 2nd floor has a master suite with ceramic bath, stall shower and a walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms and a ceramic hall bath complete this floor. A finished 3rd floor loft could serve as a 4th bedroom, office or bonus room. An optional additional 300 square foot can be finished in the lower level – add a full bathroom and wet bar to create an in-law suite.
