About: Evolve Build opened in 2013 with our main goal in mind: to provide both a superior customer experience with advanced alternative building practices while achieving great value on any construction project.
Michael Sebright, a veteran with years of experience in design & construction, has now refocused his efforts on refining what it means to create sustainable zero energy projects. His team works in a wide range of project designs and focuses on partnering with developers and homeowners to achieve their goals & concerns of social, financial, and environmental response.
Services: Constantly adapting and utilizing all technological developments in construction we currently offer multiple designs in renewable and sustainable building practices in order to achieve faster production times, cost efficiency, energy savings, positive social impact, & environmental awareness. It’s in our DNA to develop and diversify from earlier forms of construction by evolving.

James Bill

Position: Project Coordinator
About me: James moved to Philadelphia after spending 20 years in Boston working within a range of real estate development disciplines, including architecture, construction management, marketing & sales and property management. His preference and passion for adaptive reuse has lead to a focus on renovation projects big and small and the pursuit of opportunities to identify and execute distinctive architectural design.
Christian Baugher

Position: Staff Designer/Project Coordinator
About me: Christian Graduated from University of New Mexico in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Architecture. Currently a second-year graduate student in the School of Architecture at Temple University. He Interned in New Mexico working on State and Federally funded programs including; Historical building restorations, arena design, and water treatment centers. When not in the office, Christian enjoys waterpolo, swimming, sailing, and model boat making.
Valerie Frolova

Position: Graphics and Marketing Guru
About me: Valerie is a rising senior at Temple University working towards her degree in Architecture. This summer she is taking over the graphics and marketing department at Evolve Build with the goal to educate people about the better design and construction practices. Valerie will be working closely with all the team members to ensure that Evolve Build gets attention it deserves.
David Berry

Position: Coordinator
About me: Born and raised in Philadelphia, David graduated from Temple University with A Bachelor of Science in Architectural Preservation in May of 2017. David joined Evolve Build because of his background in construction and design. Some of his hobbies include cycling and woodworking.
